The icon lesson imports vector curves, adds extrusion and bevel, and uses studio lighting to reveal those edges.

Our interpretation

Optical Prism is an existing browser material experiment that makes edge response visible. Its compact stage lets us investigate how a strong contour and reflected or refracted light can carry a minimal composition.

Look closely

Move across the prism and observe where the contour becomes more legible as its optical response changes.
