Using this site

This site is a portfolio for Webnet Asia, a web design and development studio led by Ishaan Walia. Browsing it, and submitting the contact form, doesn't create a client relationship or any contractual obligation on either side — that only happens once we've agreed scope and terms for an actual project, separately, in writing.

Case studies

The Work section describes projects built for real, named clients. Those businesses, their brands, logos and content remain their own property — they're shown here as a record of work delivered, not as an endorsement claim beyond what's stated.

Intellectual property

The design, code, motion work and the Laboratory effects on this site are Ishaan Walia's work and may not be copied, redistributed or reused without permission. Client deliverables built under a project agreement are covered by that agreement's own IP terms, not by this page.

No liability for linked sites

Case studies link out to live client websites. We don't control those sites after handover and we're not responsible for their content, availability or any changes made to them since launch.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from use of this site falls under the jurisdiction of the courts in Chandigarh, India.
