A digital product

The Laboratory Pro plan is a digital service. Nothing is shipped, and there are no delivery charges or delivery times to wait for.

When you get access

Access is switched on automatically as soon as your payment is confirmed, on the Google account you signed in with when you paid. In almost every case this takes a few seconds. Sign out and in again if the page does not change.

What you receive

For the period you paid for (30 days on the monthly plan, 365 days on the yearly plan), counted from the day you pay, you can view and copy the source code of every Pro component in the Laboratory, including components added during that period. Access is delivered through your account on the website, with no download or physical item.

If access does not appear

If your payment went through and Pro is still not active after 15 minutes, email info@webnetasia.com from the same Google address with your payment reference. We will switch it on by hand, or refund you under the refund policy, within two working days.
