Refunds and cancellation

What this covers

This policy applies to the Laboratory Pro plan sold at webnetasia.com/laboratory/pricing. Free components, live previews and the customizer cost nothing and need no refund.

Seven-day refund

If Pro is not right for you, write to us within 7 days of paying and we will refund the full amount to the original payment method. Refunds usually reach your account within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank or card.

When a refund is not available

The product is source code, so it cannot be handed back once it has been taken. A refund is not available if, before you asked for it, you copied or downloaded the source of more than five Pro components, or if your access was ended for breaking the licence in our terms. If something was broken or did not work as described, tell us and we will fix it or refund you, whichever you prefer.

Cancellation

One payment buys 30 days (monthly plan) or 365 days (yearly plan) of access. The plan does not renew automatically and we never charge you again unless you choose to buy again, so there is nothing to cancel. When the period ends, your access to Pro source code ends with it. Anything you already built under the licence keeps working.

Failed or double payments

If a payment was taken but Pro did not switch on, or you were charged twice by mistake, email us with the payment reference and we will correct it or refund the extra charge in full.

How to ask

Email info@webnetasia.com from the address you signed in with, and include your payment reference if you have it. We reply within two working days.
