A real-estate concept for Indians abroad exploring Chandigarh, Mohali and Panchkula. A cinematic opening leads into an interactive 3D estate, property stories and a viewing planner that bridges time zones.
The Seventh Avenue turns property discovery into a place to explore. A cloud-framed architectural opening flows into a Blender-built estate rendered in Three.js, with walk and drive interactions. Property pages pair image galleries with clear specifications, while indicative currency conversions and a local-time viewing planner help overseas buyers orient themselves. A companion Studio previews edits to listings and estate content. The current release is a design prototype: listings and contact details are sample data, enquiries stay in the browser, and Studio publishing exports JSON for a future backend.
