A surface without a last frame

A loop succeeds when its ending feels like another part of its beginning.

The source idea

The particle-loop lesson offsets matching systems by one loop period and uses lifetime overlap and baked caches to conceal the seam.

Our interpretation

Continuum takes an analytic route. Two morph targets encode sine and cosine displacement around a continuous trefoil, while keyed rotation shares the same eight-second period. The exported weights and transforms close at the endpoints.

Look closely

Scrub near the beginning and end, then play through the seam. Watch the same strip of metal across the crossing.

What this study demonstrates

This is a morphing ribbon, not the source’s duplicated particle systems. Its loop was verified from the actual GLB.
